Guarantee
All Fujitsu, Daikin & LG units carry a three-year parts-only guarantee. This is providing that the units have been serviced by A.T.B or other agreed party at not less than six-monthly intervals. If units are not serviced at six-monthly intervals, then only a 12 month guarantee will apply. If service of units is not required please inform A.S.H Heating & Air Conditioning in writing on job completion.

Warranty Work
Any work carried out on Fujitsu or any other units will incur a charge of labour at £25 per hour (a minimum charge of one hour labour plus travelling costs at 40 pence per mile applies). Parts costs will remain free only within the manufacturers guarantee period.

Payment
A deposit is required on acceptance of a quotation. The remaining balance is to be paid on job completion. All packing materials on site are to be disposed of by the customer. Payment for servicing or repairs is to be paid within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Late payment
Any late payment will result in a halt to any further work, All units, parts and equipment remain the property of A.S.H Heating & Air Conditioning until the full invoice total is paid.

Servicing
Servicing of 1-3 Units will cost £50 per unit. Four or more units at a cost of £40 per unit. In addition to this, return to base* travelling costs are to be added at a rate of 40 pence per mile (over a minimum radius of 10 miles by road).
* Base is located in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

Open windows or doors
This will cause blocked condenser pumps, heat exchanger coils, leaking water and will incur a callout charge, labour costs, travel costs and possibly costs for a new replacement pump.

Abortive Calls
Any appointment calls that are made to attend a fault that transpires to be not connected with the original installation by A.S.H Heating & Air Conditioning, will incur a minimum callout charge of twenty pounds plus travelling costs.

Blocked Drains
This has nothing to do with any installation work and will therefore be charged for.

Damage & Misuse
Any damage or misuse of units will invalidate the guarantee and any parts required to repair faults will need to be paid for.

Extras
Once an installation has been initiated, any extra equipment or work not included in the original agreed quotation will be charged for as an extra cost.

Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, terms are as follows: 30% deposit on acceptance of quotation. The remaining balance to be paid on completion of the installation, commissioning of the units and before A.S.H Heating & Air Conditioning employees leave the site. Any equipment, units and systems will remain the property of A.S.H Heating & Air Conditioning until fully paid for.
